Prof. NAGARAJA G.S. Dept of CSE, RV College of Engineering, India Dr. Nagaraja G.S obtained his Graduate degree in Computer Science and Engineering, Post Graduate degree in Master of Engineering and Doctoral degree in Computer Science and Engineering. Dr Nagaraja G.S, is presently working as Professor and Associate Dean in the department of Computer Science and Engineering, R.V. College of Engineering, Bengaluru-59. He has 27+ years of Teaching and 18+Years of Research experience in computer network and its related domains as-well. Currently Dr Nagaraja is teaching PG/UG students, guided 08 PhD students and supervising 05 Research scholars under VTU. Completed a major research project sanctioned by the University Grant Commission Titled "Effective Multimedia Information retrieval using Indexing Technique" during the tenure of 2012-2015. Completed a Research project “Solar Ironing Cart “sanctioned by National Institute of advanced studies IIsc, Bangalore collaboratively with EEE Department for the academic year-2020. Completed a Collaborative development project on Silkworm Seed production sanctioned by Central Silk Board-2021. He has published 07 papers in book chapter, 67 papers in an International Journals, presented 37 papers in an International conferences and 22 papers in National conferences. He has delivered many technical talks in different engineering colleges with the theme of CCNA modules, Research Methodology, Computer Communications, Mobile App Design and Development, Routing and Switching, Cloud Computing, Cyber Security, 5G Security issues and Technologies, IoT Protocols, Research challenges in Cloud Security and trust management, Cyber security and Writing Quality papers. He has involved in PG-NBA, BoS, BOE member for autonomous colleges under VTU. Presently working as BoS VTU member for NIE Mysuru. He is an active member / reviewer of IEEE, ISTE, CSI and RVCE-CISCO academy. Also involved in many activities of IEEE, ISTE and RVCE-CISCO academy. Chaired many International and National Conferences in Karnataka with different Conference themes. He has organized many workshops and International Conferences held at RVCE with the theme of Computational System for information technology for Sustainable Solutions (CSITSS-SMAC) Social Media, Mobility, Analytics, and Cloud Computing from 2016 onwards. Dr Nagaraja G.S worked as a General Chair for the IEEE Conference on Computational Systems for Information Technology for Sustainable Solution CSITSS-2016. Technical Chair of IEEE International Conference on Computational Systems for Information Technology for Sustainable Solution for the years, CSITSS-2017, CSITSS-2019 and CSITSS-2021. Technical Committee member for the IEEE International Conference on Computational Systems for Information Technology for Sustainable Solution for the years, CSITSS-2018 and CSITSS-2022. Also working as Conference lead for the IEEE Conference on Data Decision and Systems (ICDDS-2022). Worked as IEEE-Computer Society ExeCom Member for the year 2020 and 2021. Assoc. Prof. Fan Zhou Shenyang Ligong University Fan Zhou, born in September 1976, is a member of the Communist Party of China. Associate Professor, Doctor of Engineering, currently Vice President of the School of Information Science and Engineering, Member of the Cognitive System and Information Processing Professional Committee of the Chinese Engineering Intelligence Society, Chairman of the Information and Communication Engineering Professional Committee of the Liaoning Ordnance Engineering Society, Member of the Liaoning Provincial Communications Society, and Jiangsu Province Double Creation Talent. He is currently a backbone member of the provincial innovation team of "Information Network and Information Countermeasure Technology" in Liaoning Province, and a major member of the National 863 Key Laboratory of "Spatial Information Security", the Provincial Key Laboratory of Universities "Ordnance Science and Technology Research" and the Provincial Engineering Technology Research Center of "Communication and Network". As the project leader, he completed 3 provincial and ministerial projects, 1 provincial and ministerial level project under research, and 6 cooperation projects of enterprises and institutions; As the project executive leader and main completer, he has completed 4 national 863 projects, 5 national defense equipment advance research projects, 1 national defense innovation special zone project of the Science and Technology Commission of the Central Military Commission, 1 innovation team plan project of Liaoning Province, and 1 basic scientific research plan project of the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. He has won 1 first prize and 1 second prize for postgraduate teaching achievements in Liaoning Province, 1 third prize for natural academic achievements in Liaoning Province, 1 second prize and 3 third prizes in the robot competition for undergraduate college students of ordinary colleges and universities in Liaoning Province, and 1 second prize in the electronic design competition of ordinary colleges and universities in Liaoning Province. Prof. Kehua Guo Central South University Professor Kehua Guo is the deputy Director of The Department of Development Planning and Discipline Construction of Central South University, the Top Young Talent of the National Ten Thousand Talents Program of Organization Department of the CPC Central Committee, The Lotus Scholar of Hunan Province, the winner of the Outstanding Youth Fund of Hunan Province, and the second prize of Hunan Provincial Technological Invention Award (ranked first). He has won the second prize of Technological Invention Award of Hunan Province (ranked no.1). He has presided over 3 national Natural Science Foundation of China, participated in 1 key RESEARCH and development program of Ministry of Science and Technology as the subject backbone, presided over 1 sub-project of national international science and technology cooperation project, 4 provincial and ministerial research projects, 10 local government and horizontal technical cooperation projects, etc. In recent years, as the first author or corresponding author, he has published 30 papers on internationally renowned journals or conferences, 29 of which were retrieved by SCI, including 13 papers in JCR1 area, 2 papers with an impact factor greater than 10, and the average impact factor of the top five papers was 11. He has applied for 13 patents and granted 7 patents as the first inventor. Prof. Yulin Wang Wuhan University Yulin Wang is a full professor in the School of Computer Science, Wuhan University, China. His research interests include image and video processing, digital rights management, information security, intelligent system, e-commerce, IoT, code clone and so on. He got his PhD degree from University of London, UK. He got his master and bachelor degree from Huazhong University of Science and Technology（HUST）and Xi-Dian University respectively, both in China. Before joining the Wuhan University, he has worked in Hi-tech IT industry, including HUAWEI© and national research institute, for more than ten years. He has involved more than 15 national and international research projects. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang has published 1 book, and 50+ journal and conference papers, including in IEEE TIP. He holds 10 authorized patents. Prof. Wang served as EiC of 2 international journals and reviewer of top IEEE and ACM journals. He also served as reviewer of Innovative talents projects and national research funds, including National High Technology Research and Development Program of China. Prof. Wang was the external PhD advisor of Dublin City University, Ireland during 2008-2010. In recently 10 years, Prof. Wang served as chairman of more than 10 international conferences, and keynote speakers in more than 20 international conferences. Besides UK, he visited US, France,Italy, Portugal,Croatia, Australia, Germany, korea, Ireland,Singapore, Malaysia, Japan, and Hong Kong.
